Bob Barr in his own words

Carol Moore, libertarian gadfly, emailed out a scanned copy of an envelope containing a recent fundraising letter from Bob Barr for his "Leadership Fund". On the envelope, he refers to himself as a "conservative Republican".

This from a member of the Libertarian National Committee. The governing body of the Libertarian Party. Sheesh.

If my email-to-blog thingy is working a'right, it should show up with this post. If not, I'll post it later.

Comments:
We need to get Bob Barr off of the LNC...

This guy is dangerous to the health of our party.

Susan,

What was the actual date of the fundraiser?

Thanks!

You could look up where his PAC sends its money. That's the real test.

For starters, there are the two Republican Presidential candidates, or so my search engine appeared to indicate.

I let go of the law, and people become honest.
I let go of economics, and people become prosperous.
I let go of religion and people become serene.
I let go of all desire for the common good,
and the good becomes common as grass.
When the will to power is in charge,
the higher the ideals, the lower the results.
