Mill in late summer Last weekend was another opportunity to break something at the mil;. Amazingly, I did OK and didn't slip any drive belts or burn any stones. However, the water and the wheat supply were so low I probably ground about enough for one loaf of bread. And wheat is a PITA to grind - dusty as hell. Nothing like the beautiful cornmeal I ground a few weeks ago. But I got some great pictures :)
