Bra strap saves woman from gunshot... or not

That's nothing. As I recall, some of the trickier straps can successfully stop a 180 lb. teenage boy.
Another fellow pretty reasonably pointed out "ya know sometimes i shoot at phonebooks and its amazing how page 673 is bulletproof sometimes but i dont say "bullet stopped by phone book page"". ¶ 4:55 PM
