"The Idea of a Libertarian Party"

I thought this paper would be interesting to my fellow Libertarians, and I don't see that it is published elsewhere on the web. It was a piece in the 1972 "Libertarian Handbook", whose cover and info I have also reproduced. Sorry to provide only images (for now) instead of real text. Anyone who wants to transcribe, be my guest :)
